Stunning prestige property

"Don't be fooled by the other properties in this location - this is by far the best. We were a family of 10 including 4 children and we were so glad that we selected this property. Furnishings and decoration superb. Home from home. Looks new throughout.
Everything required for your stay is here, we couldn't think of anything that you needed, other than what was provided. Comfortable beds, a pool that gets the sun all day, 20 mins from Disney, but a haven of relaxation, when you need to chill and recharge your batteries. On arrival house was spotless, and no problems during our stay. Games room, Xbox and TV's so that adults could get a break from the kids.
Couldn't ask for more from the owner, did everything to make our stay special. Thoroughly recommended - would love to go back!"

Magical Memories!!

"We've just spent three fabulous weeks at this wonderful villa with our grown up children, their husbands and our grandchildren. The owner has been so helpful from the initial booking to the point when we arrived home on Saturday, checking everything went well.
The level of comfort and luxury in Charlottes Paradise was fantastic- loads of space , indoors and out and furnishing and decor to a very high standard. The owner had thought of everything with all generations catered for.the pool / deck area was safe and spacious and we enjoyed barbecuing on many of our evenings.It was so nice to know that after a busy day " at the parks" we were able to return to return, relax and "chill out" in our lovely holiday home for the three week vacation.
Watersong is a beautiful gated community ideally situated between Kissimee and Davenport. We travelled to all the Disney Parks in about twenty minutes, down to Legoland in just under an hour and further afield to Mount Dora and Daytona Beach in just over an hour.
There's a supermarket about 4 miles away where we did most of our grocery shopping and Walmart is 12 miles away in Haines City.
There's lots of wildlife to see and the grounds of Watersong are carefully looked after . All in all a fantastic base for a holiday in Central Florida - would love to go back sometime and would happily recommend to anyone considering a holiday in Florida ."

Fantastic villa in peaceful location.

" Listing very accurate and conversations with owner Wendy informative, prompt and pleasant. Wendy is extremely helpful as is the management company.
The villa is not on the doorstep of the parks but is in a very pleasant, quiet location and is still convenient for visiting the parks. It is a gated community and seems to be a mix of local residents and holiday villas. Immediately behind the villa is an open area which gives you plenty of privacy. You also get to see some wildlife. We were delighted to spot a tortoise and had regular visit from a family of cranes.
We have stayed in a number of villas in Orlando and have a favourite which we try to use but unfortunately it was not available for our trip this year. Consequently Villa Charlotte had a lot to live up to and it certainly did not disappoint. We now have 2 favourites!!
The villa is beautiful with high quality fixtures and furniture but more importantly it is spotlessly clean. The management company certainly employ a very good cleaning company as there was absolutely nothing that you could complain about with regard to the cleaning of the villa.
The villa is well equipped and there are plenty of towels for use inside and a fantastic number of pool towels which cuts down on the baggage flying out. We did not eat in so did not use the cooker, microwave, BBQ etc. but I am sure they would have all lived up to our expectations.
Without doubt I would recommend this villa to family and friends and hopefully will be visiting again on our next trip to Orlando.
If you are thinking of booking don't hesitate do it!!"

This is Paradise!!!!

"Wendy (the owner) is really helpful and looked after us during the booking and right throughout our holiday.
I would definitely recommend this villa and also hope to return again ourselves at some point. Its in a great location for Disney and other attractions.
The property was spotless when we arrived, there really isn't a single negative I could say about either the villa or the booking.
If you book a stay at Charlotte's Paradise, I guarantee you will not be disappointed, One of the best places we have ever stopped. Cant wait to go back. "

RETIREMENT TREAT

"This was a retirement celebration for me but the destination chosen mainly for our 2 grandchildren. The villa's facebook comments and photographs were no exaggeration; it was fabulous and had every facility you could possibly need. Although there were only 6 of us and only used 3 of the bedrooms we chose a larger villa with more living space so that we could each have somewhere to "escape" if we wanted to enjoy our own company!!! The villa certainly provided that. The only thing I wished was provided was polish and a duster as I really wanted to keep the furniture immaculate (sad I know when I'm on holiday!!). Although we probably won't go again as my husband and I paid for all of us, I would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone who may be planning a trip."

Charlottes IS paradise

"Very luxurious. Exactly as the pictures portrayed. Fixtures and fittings were of a high level.
Pool and pool deck got the sun all day with beds and chairs comfortable in a nice quiet setting. Excellent TVS . Games room got a lot of use with my daughter learning to play pool. Bedrooms very comfortable and free WiFi was most welcome. The free safe was used but the combination system needed a few practices to get it right. I would recommend this villa to anyone. We have stayed in 3 other Florida villas on different holidays and this was without doubt our best. Thanks for a very comfortable stay."

Fabulous first class villa

"We regularly rent villas but this one has out shone them all. The photos definitely do not do it justice. It is so beautifully furnished and so well kitted out. Lovely quite location but just 15 drive from Disney. The hot tub was amazing, to sit in that after a long day at the parks and watch the stars was heaven. Just writing this makes me want to go back! Thoroughly recommend a stay here."

Our Stay - November 2015

"Having visited this area of Florida every year for the last 22 years, this villa was the nicest accommodation we have enjoyed so far. The property is beautifully laid out, furnished and maintained and was a wonderful temporary home for us during our 2 week stay. Our party consisted of 4 adults, one 3 year old and a 1 year old and the facilities and provisions were fantastic. Wendy was incredibly pleasant and helpful during the organisation and booking of the property, with any queries and requests being dealt with professionally and timeously. We would have no reservations recommending this villa for anyone's stay in Orlando. Thank you Wendy"

Excellent Villa - Good location for i4

"We have made various trips to Florida and this Villa definitely had everything we were needing.
Bed rooms were clean and spacious. Kitchen was well appointed - we have some fussy children so regularly cooked rather than eating out - more relaxing for the kids.
Swimming pool was fantastic at the end of hot days in the parks - we booked pool heating and water temperature was around 85 which was nice.
Although we didn't heavily use the games room, it was in perfect condition. We have often found things missing or not working in other villas, but everything in the games room was in great condition.
I would definitely book this villa again and highly recommend it to others."

Beautiful villa, great location

"Very beautiful villa on a the quiet gated resort Watersong. Everything is brand new. Great house for a big group. We loved the pool and spa and was very relaxing. It is 20-30 minutes drive to the main attractions of Orlando. If we stay again in Orlando we will come back to this villa."

"From the moment we stepped inside this beautiful home we knew we were going to have a wonderful holiday. The villa is amazing - so spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It has everything anyone would want for an enjoyable holiday. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with more than enough crockery, cutlery etc. The pool area is large and very private with an outlook onto woodland/ nature reserve. We enjoyed relaxing in the warm pool/spa after a day at the theme parks or shopping. The games room, too, was a big hit with the whole family. The villa is in a great location being close to good supermarkets and restaurants as well as being an easy drive to Disney (20 minutes) and the large shopping/outlet malls. Wendy, the owner, could not have been more helpful, providing us with lots of useful information well in advance of our visit. We will definitely return in the future. "We would like to say a big thank you to Wendy and her family for such a fantastic stay in their beautiful villa. Less than an hour after arriving we were already working out when we would be able to book again to return! The Villa is in a lovely community, it is immaculate, and we felt very secure - access is by key code only and the entrance gate was always closed. It is close to grocery shops, and about 20 minutes from the main attractions, which we liked as we felt you were able to get away from them and really relax when you wanted too. Wendy has considered everything, right down to the finest of details. The kitchen has pretty much every utensil and gadget you need at home, let alone on holiday! I felt like the princess and the pea in bed, as I literally climbed up into it every night! I have never slept so well! As self confessed clean freaks, we found the villa to be very clean and well maintained by the management company, who had provided a folder of information that informed us of everything we needed to know! Wendy speaks honestly and she knows Florida (from pool heat to toll road passes), listen to her! "Amazing..... It was a long journey as we'd been delayed at the airport so when we arrived at Charlotte's Paradise we were beyond tired. However, the property was everything we'd hoped for - enough bedrooms for everyone, beautifully decorated and, with the games room, enough tech to keep the teenagers busy while we relaxed by the pool. Once we found our way to the theme parks it was an easy journey and there are enough local shops to buy provisions. To our delight part way through the holiday the local wildlife made an appearance - the family of cranes are amazing. The villa had all the amenities a family would need and was not too far from the Disneyland theme parks, and had easy access to the highways. "We have just got back from a phenomenal 2 week holiday at Charlotte's Paradise. I can honestly say that I would recommend it to anyone. The accommodation is immaculate and luxurious, but is very comfortable and you will feel at home right away. It is situated in a first class development, yet the main tourist attractions of Orlando are easily accessible via the I 4 freeway which is only 10 minutes from the house. Our children and grandchildren had an absolute ball in the pool and games room and we could be as active or chilled as the mood took us. Only back a day but looking at the website again made us nostalgic and the arrangements for next year are already in place. If you are reading this, do yourself a giant favour - don't hesitate and make a booking. You will not regret it!
