The Villa

Our brand new luxury home will offer up to 10 people the perfect place for a vacation. An ideal base for the holiday of a lifetime in Florida whether it is to relax all day or to relax after a busy day. Our aim is to ensure we will provide our guests with a well-equipped home from home with that extra touch of luxury, so that you will have a holiday to remember.

Our fully air conditioned villa is all on one level and enjoys 2800 sq. ft. of internal space. Offering 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, huge living area, retreat, laundry and games room, there is plenty of room for the whole family to play or relax during your stay. Our villa will comfortably sleep 10 people; in 2 king size master suites, a queen bedroom with en suite and two further twin bedrooms with shared bathroom.

Furnished in contemporary style with quality furnishings, décor and security system for peace of mind. All latest technology with flat screen TV's (smart TV in family room and retreat) and WI FI.

Pool/Patio Area

Outside the large south west facing pool and deck offers a fabulous area with no rear neighbours and secluded outlook. The 30ft x 15ft extended pool and spa with 30ft x 40ft extended deck ensures there is enough room (9ft beyond the pool!) for everyone to chill out around the pool and enjoy the day long Florida sunshine from early morning to sunset. There is quality outdoor furniture, comprising 4 sun loungers and dining table with 6 chairs.

Pool heating is available on request and is recommended October to March. Exit from the home to the pool is alarmed for child safety. A further safety net is available if required.

Pool towels are provided, leaving more room in your suitcase for all your Florida purchases!!

The lanai area gives you the perfect shade should you want it, with outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining and drinking.

Family/Gathering Room

For getting together there is the family room with 60" flat screen smart TV (with internet) and Blu-Ray Player along with extended cable offering some 250 channels of TV and music. From the living area you can exit through the patio doors to the covered lanai and pool area.

Retreat

A perfect place away from the main living area to sit and relax, watch the 50" smart TV (with internet) and Blu-Ray Player or just read a book.

Kitchen

Our well equipped kitchen contains all you will need for your stay, from large cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and waste disposal along with all the other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glass ware and most importantly that bottle opener for those ice cold beers!

Leading from the kitchen is an informal dining/breakfast area with table and chairs. There are also 2 bar stools for those wishing to use the breakfast bar.

Laundry Facilities Room

There will be a laundry room for your convenience, with full size washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. All towels and linens are provided.

Dining Area

Separate formal dining area with table and 6 chairs.

Games Room

To keep your family entertained during your vacation we have an 8 ft slate bed pool table with pool hall lighting, 7ft air hockey, electronic dart board and Xbox Kinect with a great choice of games.

Master Suite 1

Master suite, fully carpeted with window overlooking the pool. King size bed, 42" flat screen TV, clock radio with Bluetooth facility.

A most spacious bathroom with double vanity unit and twin wash basins, double walk in shower with twin shower heads, separate WC and large walk in closet. In this bathroom we will even provide bathroom scales so that you can weigh your suitcases before you leave for home, so no worries of the excess baggage with all the goodies you have bought!

Master Suite 2

A second luxurious Master suite, fully carpeted, king sized bed, 42" flat screen TV and clock radio with Ipod doc.

Double doors from the bedroom to en-suite bathroom with double vanity unit with twin wash basins, double walk in shower with twin shower heads, separate WC and large walk in closet.

Bedroom 3

A luxurious, fully carpeted bedroom with queen bed, double closet, 42" flat screen TV and clock radio with MP3 connection.

Ensuite to bedroom 3, with vanity unit with wash basin, bath with shower over and WC.

Bedroom 4

Fully carpeted, twin beds, double closet, 32" flat screen TV and clock radio with MP3 connection.

Bedroom 5

Fully carpeted, twin beds, walk in closet, 32" flat screen TV and clock radio with MP3 connection.

Bathroom 4

Services bedrooms 4 & 5 and has vanity unit with wash basin, bath with shower over and WC.

Hairdryers are available in each bathroom

All towels and linens are supplied

We will also be providing with our compliments a travel crib/playpen, highchair and baby monitor.

A commode and shower chair will also be available for the elderly or infirm if required
